The objective of this course is to expand student’s discovery of language arts, which includes reading comprehension, writing, speaking, and listening.  The students will discover these areas through the study of poetry, novels, short stories, essays, non-fiction, and drama.  Writing with varying purposes and audiences will be incorporated throughout each theme discussed.
