Consumer Math
It is both a consumer education course and a mathematics course. The mathematics stressed in the course is simply the operations necessary to be an efficient consumer. Contents of the course cover such things as: buying food and clothing, car loans, mortgages, budgeting, income tax filing, payroll deductions, credit buying, banking, investments, and all types of insurance (medical, dental, car, & life).
